If you are needing guidance and direction in your life, then coaching is a good place to start. I use goal setting, planning, motivational interviewing, and intuitive methods to help you reach your greatest potential. I provide an initial consultation to all new clients so we can start a dialogue about your healing journey.

While each session is unique, we start with what you would like to work on. We explore how to help the body return to a balanced state through questions, breath, bodywork, and hands-on movement. Sessions are fully clothed and available indoors on a massage table, outdoors in nature with blankets as needed, or online.

Meditation
Heal your soul
30 minutes
This can be done individually or in groups and complements all other healing work. Your guided meditation or shamanic journey is based on your individual needs or requests. This can help activate your natural healing process, restore your emotional well-being, promote relaxation, and deepen your connection to your soul.

Multiple-Healer NIASZIIH Healing Sessions
If you are wanting to take your healing to a deeper level, we can arrange for an additional NIASZIIH Healing Practitioner to join your healing session. Having two or more healers working on a client at the same times to allows for a synergy between healers, adding power and depth to the healing work. I have been volunteering with a local healing clinic since 2019 that offers NIASZIIH healing work to the Triad area on a monthly basis.
